The Designer
I am a new designer, living in the stunning Scottish Borders. I have a love of colour and beautiful things. Having discovered the pure joy of quilting relatively recently, creating beautiful quilted designs has rapidly become my passion and this, coupled with a huge enthusiasm for vibrant, quirky fabric and creating my own designs (incorporating some traditional quilt blocks), has led to the creation of a host of all things quilted, some of which you will see here on my website. Initially my creations were all made as gifts for family and friends and so often they would say "This is a family heirloom! They'll have it for ever." So, after much enthusiastic encouragement, Quillted Heirlooms was born. I hope you will enjoy looking at my pieces as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
